FEL & REL bins designed for mechanical waste handling

Built to suit varied handling requirements

FEL & REL Bins manufactured by WFP Fabrications are designed to support mechanical waste collection across commercial and industrial sites. As a UK bin manufacturer, we produce both front end and rear end loading containers in a range of sizes, with options to suit different operational requirements and collection methods.

Every business works a little differently, which is why our fabricated waste containers can be configured to suit specific handling requirements, site layouts and vehicle systems. By matching each container to its intended application, we help customers choose equipment that integrates smoothly into their day to day waste collection operations.

FEL Bins | Front End Loaders

Our FEL Bins are manufactured with reinforced fork pockets for lifting by front end loader vehicles. They are built to support stable lifting, controlled emptying and regular use during commercial waste collection.

FEL bins are commonly used where front end loader systems form part of the wider waste handling process, especially on sites that need reliable containers for scheduled collections and high volume use.

FAQs

Frequently Asked Questions

Can FEL & REL bins be manufactured to specific requirements?

Yes. As a UK bin manufacturer, WFP Fabrications produce containers in a range of sizes and configurations to suit site and operational needs.
Because bins are fabricated in house, construction details can be adjusted to match handling methods, waste types and collection systems without compromising build quality.

Are your waste containers fabricated in house?

Yes. All fabricated waste containers are produced in house by WFP Fabrications.
In house fabrication allows direct control over welding, reinforcement, alignment and finishing, ensuring consistent quality across the range.

This also enables clear communication during the specification stage and reliable lead times.

How are your waste containers manufactured?

All containers are manufactured in the UK using established steel fabrication processes. Heavy duty steel plate is cut, formed and welded in house to create consistent, durable structures suitable for mechanical waste handling.

This approach allows us to maintain quality control throughout the manufacturing process and ensure fabricated waste containers meet specification requirements.

Can finishes and detailing be specified during manufacture?

Yes. Finishes and detailing are applied as part of the fabrication process, including painted finishes in a choice of colours and selected component options where required.

Specifying finishes during manufacture ensures consistency and reduces the need for modification after delivery.

What standards or guidance apply to the manufacture and use of waste containers?

Guidance on health and safety in the waste industry is available from the Health and Safety Executive, including information on managing waste and recycling activities safely. Visit the HSE waste and recycling guidance for more detail.
